Jessica Stoker is the Early Childhood Evaluation Lead in the Center for Health and Environmental Data at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. She predominantly supports data, CQI and evaluation efforts for the Colorado Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program. She received her M.A. in International Development at the University of Denver, specializing in gendered human rights. Jessica spends her time away from work keeping her dogs entertained and being sous chef to her partner’s adventurous cooking.
